Veronica Cambell Brown is a Jamaican trand and field sprinter, who specialized in the 100 and 200 meters. An eight-time Olympic medalist, she is the second woman in history to win two consecutive Olympic 200 meter events. Campbell Brown is one of only nine athletes to win world championships at the youth, junior, and senior level of an athletic event.
Veronica has sprinted through many high-stress situations and is excited to help you to do the same. She will share personal stories of how sheovercame challenging situations on her journey to having a sucessful athletics career. She will share with some mental strength techniques that will help us conquer stress and consistently triumph in every stressful situation we encounter.
This is an interactive session so prepare questions and be ready to engage around mental strength, focus, and healthy eating etc.
