Back By Popluar Demand!!  Chef Dalia will guide us in her personally created Meat Ragu with Caramelized Onions

Dahlia  specializes in "healthy global fusion" and has been working as a Professional Chef for over 6 years. Her culinary education is from Natural Gourmet Institute in NYC and she studied Plant Nutrition at Cornell University. Her kitchen training comes from the James Beard Foundation, Jean Georges, and Pure Food & Wine. Dalia's passion for cooking comes from her childhood living on a pineapple plantation in South India and cooking for her younger siblings growing up. Phenomenally, she was a finalist on Food Network's Chopped Season 38.
